question about the survival plugins

i'd like to know if we have a way to pick up spawners with a silk touch pickaxe
and if yes, do we need to have a certain rank to do it or anyone can do it ?

No, we do not have a plugin for this.
You can get a rank and set home and claim the area for a easy way to it.

Like they said it's not possible to mine spawners, and we want a stable economy so one becomes rich so fast. This is a way to prevent people farming with a lot of spawners together. Anyway it wouldn't be funny if you have a blaze spawner at home ( normal world) makes no sense in a survival world.
