PLS HELP Me guys!!! biggest pika issue

on 31st dec i claimed 1500 pika iron and today 9 jan i claimed 500 again
( NOT even 14 days completed )but when i go to gold shop it only showed me 1500 instead of 2000 why this happning me ??PLS give me my 500 pika iron and fix this issue i mean how 500 gone from my 1500 iron i am not able to take elite PLS HElp:((((((((

So what happened to you is that u redeemed 2000 iron, which are set to expire in 14 days but ... The third 500 that you redeemed has validity of 7 days!

It must be a timezone issue I mean that it was 31st in your country but according to pika's timezone you might have claimed it before 31st

It is not pika network nor the cracked players but those who are bad at game complain.

Afaik, It is a bug thats fixed already on jartex but not on pika yet for some reason. Somehow the 3rd vote claims only give you 7 day of expiry date but not 14. Theres nothing about hating crack players since it goes the same for premium player also.
