I'd make a support ticket about this or PM a co-owner or head-admin etc. because I don't think co-owners or Head-Admins look at these things. I think Helpers, Moderators and sometimes Admins look at this. Saying this is all I can do to help. I'd try one of my suggestion, but only try PM'ing a staff member as last because that technically isn't the right "section".

How about changing your name and then it says
