That's just absurd! At least go out and Tier-Test the people who are willing to be featured in a BW tier list or that PNTL server, I don't know bro but, you can't just make out a tier list of just the people you know.

its the most recongnisable people and people that i know, if you aren't consistantly getting atleast a 40 solo ws every week or known then i do not know or care enough about you for you to be placed exeptions are made for newgens who i am aware of like uota he isn't placed because ive not fought him

absolutely no1 cares about random ppl in lobby 1 or randoms in ur game
