Hi my name is chris2789 not usually on forums but as of today I'm trying to expand my interests by playing a new minigame (op prison) and before starting I have couple questions:
1 how many shots/hit for obsidian to break or bedrock in oworld/nether/end?
2 can you open chests inside someone territory?
3 how wide is oworld/nether/end?

First I hope you mean OpFactions and OpPrison.
If you ment OpFactions these are the answers:
1. obsidian need 8shots and bedrock 10 shots
2. Yes by place creepers or by TnTcannoning it
3. End is disabled, OWorld is 11.000 and nether i don't know

ok I have another question, I have a factions and my power goes up randomly right now I have 43, how do I get it up or does it go up by itself?.

Every member got 10power (donators not included) and your faction power in the power from all your members included but for example: if you got a faction with 2 players and the one player got 10/10 power and the other one got -10/10 power your faction power will be 0. So make sure you only invite people with good power so you can claim more land.
To see your power do /f power
To see other person power do /f power (his name)
To see your faction power do /f who and you will see it above your member list
