Hello there i bought Custom+ long time ago when before the new owner
now its "God" Rank but i cannot get others kit like Pro to Lord pls help me fix this IngameName = TylersRaid

Pro,Hero,Lord,Legend kits are not perm in my account when i had God rank

Hi there my faction leader, that is normal though. You can only access your own rank kits. For example I have Donator+ back in 2016-2017 (My playing years at Pika) now I have Hero and I can't get the Pro Rank. So this is not a bug.
