Nikeoba block glitching

Why would you have blocks in pvp if yoiu wont block glitch, i mean if you have an extra spot you would want to use it for speed pots invis pots etc... meaning that he has blocks to use them in pvp. PS nikeoba is an experienced player lvl 50 or smt with about 1 to 2k kills he knows what he is doing.
