New player help

I've only recently started playing SkyblockOP why isn't any of the mobs moving. Hostile or peaceful. I cant breed anything and i cant seem to get any answers. I cant seem to repeat a question without getting the same message please don't repeat messages. The Hostile mobs don't move which barely gives any challenge. help please i'm getting frustrated .

OPSkyblock is about grinding, if I am right all mobs are very passive and do not attack.

Mobs don't move to prevent any lag.
