Need help with forge-modloader

So, i just installed forge. then in the launcher i chose the 1.8 forge version that i just installed. And then the game started to run w/o any problem, but, for some reason when i played on the singleplayer world, forge give this "lag" that just completely ruined my game. the lag didnt happened when i used the vanilla one, no mods we're installed either. So.. can someone help me with this?

I cant really remember what it is, i cant check it rn cuz im using mobile. But as far as i remember, i have used forge on 1.6 a while ago, 30 mods installed, and the stuff on my computer back then was worse than the current one but it works smoothly, i dont think its the grapihic card or the ram that has the problem here :/

i can't really understand what is your problem but you should bring more details
but anyway i will say somethings that might help you
1.don't ever record with mods/forge on mc if u have a bad computer
2.check your video setting make sure they are on the lowest
3.don't play full screen play only small screen
4.optfine
when you get back on your computer then i will ask u some questions

you need to calculate more ram for minecraft
see at the top right corner of the screenshots
mem 73% 179/243 MB
allocated 100% 243/MB
that's the reason
go to google and search up how to calculate more ram for minecraft
and after you do this open your forge and check the memeroy again and compare the difrence

I have been doing that for like 4 hours straight, i clicked all the tutorials on google. But still no hope, i have tried adding more RAM to my minecraft by using the launcher with whatever this -Xmx thing, i set this to -Xmx2G (2GB), then i launched minecraft, load my world, and clicked f3. Nothing change the max ram is still 230MB. Eventho my RAM is 6GB its seems i cant add more to this game. this sht is making my hair white. I cant be around my computer for like these 4 days and... Ill just face it, im screwed, ill just burn my dream of having worldedit and create my dream castle and post it to PlanetMC to gain view... Lol

1.8 forge is kinda buggy get labymod instead and you need to allocate more ram as @DODE mentioned and maybe change your resloution to 720p (1280x720) that will help your fps
