Monster spawner % Drop Rate.

I want to ask whats the % of the monster spawner drop rate or you can get them only by breaking them with silk touch pickaxe cuz if you do that would be stupid and the server will be PAY TO WIN and for the ones who doesnt want to pay for the game - guess what , they are going to leave . And where is the /back command you could give that to the default rank also the /sell ( hand ; all ; etc. ) command. If you add this permission to the Default rank in Galactix Factions i think that will make the server better . :)

If you u put tnt 1 block away, there is a 30% chance of spawner dropping.
