List of issues/bugs in survival

1. Mob spawn rate :- It is a big issue while doing levels because many levels require mob kills
2. Fly in PvP:- people are flying in PvP when they are out of combat which is a big problem while killing PPL
3. Tps:- tps is in very bad condition, which is main issue for all of the PPL in survival
4. Level bug:-In some levels rewards are bugged
5. Pushing in PvP :- ppl can easily push us into PvP when we are at spawn afking
6.Many hackers in pvp
These are the issues I faced, but there are more bugs also

In the last season the flying was banned in pvp,but now enabled...

Once I met the players posting " Do /pw aadil for free armors" and I did but killed by the players and lost all my armors.It might seemed that I am greedy,but the armors were often essential for players especially who had no good armors.And the thing the players did was truly awful I think.

And pushing players into the pvp area is even worse,I am wondering whether these players can be reported or not.

you're right,if the flying permission is allowed to some players,it will be unfair to others especially in pvp(such as one flying in the sky and hiting others with bow).
