Key Backpack Missing

I'm pretty new to the Prison server but I've been playing for about a week now and my key backpack has disappeared from my inventory two separate times now.
Is this just a glitch? A part of the game? or?

It is also not possible to delete an item from your inventory automatically! If you go to the PVP arena and get killed, your items will be dropped or u drop by yourself and And there is no way other than these to lose your items

Hi this has happened to me too. In reality this is a glitch if you place something on your 9 hotbar slot it can Dissapear

I play prison for a long time, but I have not had such a problem

No I don't PvP lol I did have it in my 9th hotbar slot once but the second time I'm pretty sure it was in my inventory.

Same happened to me in op skyblock. My helmet bugged from my 9th slot
