Is the PV glitching?

Hello, So basically at the start of the season I had put one of my armor sets in my pv and it was there for some time then just disappeared I didn't think much as it might be my mistake or something.But today again My Monk set disappeared,So Is this only happening to me or others aswell?

Thanks for replying but sadly I don't have any screen shots or recording as There was no way I could have anticipated that my player vault can glitch out.But I'll still make a bug report and I hope these issues will be fixed in the near future
