In-Game Rank Purchase Not Working

When I try to buy the Guardian rank, the money is taken from my balance, but the rank does not appear and I do not receive it.
My in-game nickname is DGLFTW.

It is a in-game bug please be patient and I've reported this bug and I've got information that its on their to-do list so don't worry it will solved soon
