Im banned on pika please help

Hey,Im here because Im banned on pika for having bad ping It kept kicking me out of the game saying “Hacked client” But im not even hacking why is this? im banned for 7 days time this is my 3rd time getting banned form pika for having bad ping please help me. Thank you Pika.

Appeal here, also, Read this before appealing.

You're probably using a hacked client or some other client that's not hacked but the console detected it as one, not sure how the detection works but just use the vanilla client

Im not using a hacked client I have a bad ping and i killed someone some how after 5 minutes i got kicked then i tried rejoining the server it said you are banned by console
