Hi, first of all your receipt doesn't look legitimate at all, especially the format. And if your payment thread has been denied or handled by the owners, everything should've been confirmed by them before anything and thus should be final unless you provide real proof.

• You missed the proper capitalizations.
• You missed the proper bold characters.
• It should only be OpPrison not "op prisons".
