Hi everyone so I bought some stuff in pika and it's the first time I bought it for a game but I didn't get my stuff I made a ticket and the owner only said please provide more info I even gave proof of the payment please state if think this is fair or not I literally paid 380 dollars

You get your receipt in your email which you used to pay for the stuff

When you buy an stuff from the store it requests putting an e-mail. Please check the e-mail that you placed in the field, and it should give you all information about the purchase. Also if you have more problems you can always contact an Admin about it.

hello i’ve bought multiple items from the store and made tickets you need to provide proof when making a payment it asks for an email if you go to that email then you should recieve a receipt which you can then screenshot and put in your payment report to prove that you actually did buy a rank etc.
