Hey, console banned you. Since staff aren’t really doing so good lately, they don’t have enough information to help you. It’s okay, I understand your anger and pain because of ban. Once you get unban get back on the server and I’ll help you with everything. Sometimes the anti-cheat system messes up, its a cheap one so, yeah I understand.
