I got IP banned because my brother was hacking on a cracked alt

Ive just came back from a funeral in my home country, and my older brother stayed at home, when i came home i went on my favourite server pika network just to find out i was banned. I thought it was a mistake then i saw him hacking on one of his cracked alts, i got so angry then i sat there telling him to stop hacking as he is going to get banned, but he didnt listen, i then suddenly realised that he was the one that was hacking on my account and the alts, i believe that i should be unbanned as i havent been able to play the server ive been playing for over 2 years. I promise that i will hange my login passwords and make him stop hacking. Thank you for any help that you may give me,

Also you can still perm ban his alt, BlobRobJob, so that he cant play
