2 days ago I used to get like 150+ ms without VPN but now I am facing a lot of difficulty while playing on pika so I tried using VPN but it's saying vpn blocked pls help

if you want to play with a vpn you will need to link your email
which i did but forgot how XD
btw does vpn really make ping better
bcuz i really need it to fix my ping which is 37 ms
