How to redeem vaucher ?

I recently bought a seasonal fly voucher and took it, but then I bought a permanent fly voucher and it won't let me accept it because I've already accepted the seasonal one, how do I accept it?

You can't use the permanent one now. Same is the case if you use a seasonal rank and try to redeem the same permanent or lower rank.
