How do i get my perks back on OPfac1

How do i get my perks back on opfac1? I have /rename before, i got it from the loot crates on the spawn (2016-2017). Is it possible to get it back?

No you can't unless you bought ranks and stuff

perks you gained in a previous season will be lost in a new season. Only things you bought from shop that explicitly mention they will continue in a new season and RANKS obtained by crate are kept after server reset.
