High ping in Iran

Hey there
so i changed my isp ( by using my phone data or home internet )

as you see in cmd


my ping is good

but hen i connect to pika server my ping is too high that I think it's around, 2000ms or 3000ms
(due to VPN blocking, I can't use a VPN to get a better ping)

also, I can't move closer to France

is there a proxy for Asia ???

Well, there is no proxy for asia.

PikaNetwork is an Europe server :)

It's because you live far away from the host using VPN will delay your ping also There's no proxy for Asia.
