Help with claimblocks and player vaults

No matter how long I play I can't get my claimblocks to go past 32, for about a week now. Also when I open my enderchest it's just a regular enderchest, I can no longer get to my vaults.

Hi, player vaults are currently disabled due to a duplication glitch. I am not sure why you are not getting claimblocks though, are these from play or bonus? The max you can earn from play is 5000.

Player, I spend about a hour or more a day playing and it hasn't budged in over a week.
