Hi, they recently changed how rank upgrades work, so you cannot upgrade from a seasonal rank.

Keep in mind if you’ve purchased a rank upgrade after the update that made seasonal ranks non upgradable, you won’t receive the rank you “upgraded” to.

If it was a permanent rank, it should work but I wouldn’t be surprised if the changes they made broke rank upgrades.
