Error feature spawn

Hello good day
Today I'm here to report a bug feature about zombies, sekeletons, and creepers no longer appearing regularly at night or in dark places.
It seems like there is an error that causes them to rarely spawn, or in other words, only 1 or 2 zombies appear per night. Can you please review and fix this issue?

It's not an error or a bug.
The mob spawn rate has been reduced to optimize the server for better tps.
