drinking luck 3 potion kicked me

i keep getting kicked off the server after i consume the custom potion of luck 3, how do i join back ?? it is not letting me join and is showing the error screen below

HELLO APEXZENO. I DONT ABOUT THIS ISSUE for sure but I think if you are playing on 1.21 then try switching to 1.20 . It may help you.
