Can't upgrade vip rank to Elite??

I have founded vip for 31 days for 2 times and i have 2000 iron and i want to upgrade it to elite but its says "you can not purchase this package". is This bc of i have vip for 31 days? Do u need a Permanent vip rank to upgrade to elite now???

yes you must have perm vip to upgrade to elite

You can get VIP with that 2000 iron and then save 2000 again for elite.
