Hello ! i am ItsmeMadaruchi . I have god rank in kitpvp then my friend gift me baron rank .Next day (13/02/2025) when i log in i have no rank not baron or god help me

It's not a bug. There was a roll back in kitpvp recently.

If i have perm rank from the store and claim and ingame seasonal rank can i claim a rank the same level as the perm rank from the store?

Nope, you can only claim a perm rank higher than the ssnl rank.
