if you do /find <playername> it tells you the server you are in. In this case Xquitze_YT (my teammate) used the /friend list command and saw that me and honey1x were both in the same server.

Server IDs look a bit like this for bedwars

BW1-123
BW2-234
BW3-345
BW4-456

The number next to BW indicates the mode with 1 being solos and 4 being quads
The number after the "-" says what server they are in.
