Adding Kit editor​

Detailed description:

So my suggestion is to add Kit editor.
With kit editor you can edit kits that you own.
This command should be available for VIP+ ranks.​

Reason(s):

It would be nice if we could change appearance of our kits.
Example: I don't like having fishing rod on 4th slot when starting so I would like to move it to 3rd slot.​

Example(s):

Kit editor on practice.​

+1, I can definitely see some people who like their rod food or sword on different slots, quality of life change.

Skywars is already p2w (donor kits) and again if only donors can edit their kits it will be more p2w.
(I know editing kits doesn't make it THAT p2w but it kinda does and that kinda matters.)
