I actually like the idea of voice chat because it would make team communication a lot faster, especially during fights or when you're trying to explain something quickly. Typing can be annoying sometimes, especially if you're in combat or doing something important and don't have time to stop and write a message.

That being said, I think the biggest problem isn't the mod itself, it's moderation. On a large server like Pika there would probably be a lot of people abusing voice chat, spamming, screaming into their microphones, playing music, or using offensive language. The staff team would need extra systems for muting, reporting, and handling voice-related punishments, which could become difficult pretty quickly.

Another thing is that not everyone wants to use voice chat. Some players don't have microphones, some prefer privacy, and others simply like communicating through regular chat. If something like this was ever added, it should definitely be optional and disabled by default for players who don't want to participate.

Overall, I think it's a cool idea and it could make gameplay more interactive, but I can also understand why the server might not want to deal with all the moderation challenges that come with it.
