Add Spec Command for Elite Rank​

Detailed description:

Fundamental Thought:
I propose allowing players who have the Elite rank the opportunity to spectate any ongoing game of Bedwars via the command: /spec [player].
This suggestion would benefit the Elite Rank because:
Elite Rank Gets Proper Value: The Elite rank requires a really strong perk which will give the rank some serious value. Spectating all Bedwars games will provide an enormous incentive for players to either purchase the rank or vote for it through the PikaNetwork Store.
Ideal Way To Watch Your Friends Play: Elite rank players can watch their friends and fellow teammates playing games in real-time before going into the game themselves.
1. Elite Spectator Chat

The Idea: The implementation of a separate chat for Elite spectators while spectating.

Why it's good: This would allow the elites to chat with other spectators/dead teammates while not distracting the alive players trying to clutch the game.

2. Instant Re-queue from Spectate

The Idea: An instant re-queue button (maybe a paper icon or clock icon) in the spectator hotbar so the spectator can easily join a new Bedwars game immediately after dying/finishing.
Why it's good: This will help you save time instead of having to queue again by leaving the game and clicking the NPC in the main lobby

3. First-Person Mode Cam
The Idea: Left clicking on a player while spectating makes you look through their eyes in first person camera mode, showing exactly where their crosshair is.
Why it's good: It would be way more fun for me and many others to spectate our friends and see their exact PvP view, how fast they click, and how they place their blocks
4. Spectator Cosmetics
The Idea: Cosmetic effects (particle effects or trails) that only other dead players/spectators can see while flying around.
Why it's good: This would be a cool addition to the Elites without having to affect the actual game itself.​

The Best Reason: It Fills a Massive Gap in the Store and Boosts Sales
By adding live Bedwars spectating directly to the Elite Rank , you create a massive incentive for regular players to buy a rank. It makes the Elite Rank look incredibly high-value for its price on the PikaNetwork Store. More players will buy Elite because they want to spectate their friends, which means more revenue without hurting the exclusivity of the highest ranks.​

Example(s):

Staying Entertained While Dead: You accidentally fall into the void early in a doubles match. Instead of instantly disconnecting or being stuck flying around an empty map, you can use the command to switch perspectives instantly to your teammate, watching their clutch moves directly through their point of view.​

-1, imo if elite has spec perks, then titan will lose it's meaning (though it has ./pg that elite doesnt have). but i don't think it's suitable for elite to have spec perks bc it will break the balance

+1 Good suggestion, this would defo cause Elite rank to gain its value.
-1 this would cause Titan rank to lose its value by quite a bit.
