Add a Question Forum​

Detailed description:

Add a forum in which players can post their general questions about the server that the other members or the staff would reply to.​

Reason(s):

This would make the players get the answers to the problems they are facing which would make the server a better place for players.​

Example(s):

For example, if a player needs to ask how to write a submit a player report or maybe even writing a thread, then they would have to personal message to a staff member to ask but if a sub-forum of questions is added, it would resolve their problem within no time. ​

this so unecessary , theres a dc channel for that #community-help or #community-questions sum like that and if you dont know something you can just go to the support ticket section and ask or just ask ingame staff online

Thank You for your reply! What happens is that people who dont have discord (like me) suffer most of the times and about asking a staff of support ticket, it takes a lot of time to be reviewed because staff are mostly busy with a ton of other things!

what about people who dont have a browser to access the forums
see thats the problem what's stopping someone from creating a discord account

You can ask questions in a forum but I recommend adding a sub-forum for questions to make things more systematic.

seems a bit cluttering to add another entire sub-forum just for questions when the games section already categorizes discussions into different gamemodes. if u check these sub-forums, ppl already ask questions there so by adding another “questions” sub-forum, ur unorganizing the discussions (and questions) that already exist in the games section

Thanks for your reply. I believe that the forums need a area/section where general questions should be posted. I think that this will make the questions of the players solved easily as well as make it easy for staff/players to respond instead of looking for the questions which takes a ton of time.

you say general questions, a general sub-forum under server discussion exist. Which is where most players will ask about their punishments or other things. Theres also support tickets but i think ive made my point about that

Then you say it'll make it easy for staff/players to respond to the questions instead of looking for them. I dont think anyone is having issues looking for the questions players ask. You can easily head to the top left corner and use the search function. In addition to that, with how the threads work, newest posts/updates are put at the top which makes it easy to see what new posts, or updates in those posts, r made from players

Hello. Thank you for your reply. The picture shows glitches, bugs and helpful threads instead of just questions. This just jumbles all the questions of all minigames together. So, I believe that there should be a specific area where players JUST ask their questions about the server. You said that support tickets are meant for the same but they are much more formal and just answered by staff while a separate area for questions can make a player also learn if they find a question relatable. About general discussion area, it also has other things than JUST questions.

NotKairoX what if we add sections for different types of questions then more sections based on user's level and even more based on which mod replies?
How easy(& stupid) would that be? By this we will need a section merely to find the right section
