I do not think its the server, I think its the player. If someone for example is hitting air and you are getting damaged, you should 1. check if you still have fire resistance :p, and 2. after the fight do /ping <player> to see if it was his ping and /ping to see if it was your ping. If it was... -

Depends. If you use windows, I'd use Replay_Mod (Tutorial:), if you're on mac I'd use MacX Screen recorder (Tutorial: http://pika-network.net/threads/recording-hackers-with-a-low-fps-mac.5437/), but these are both for low FPS. If you want the best you just use OBS (Open Broadcasting Software)... -

pika doesn't load!
It is the job of staff to help him, because he can't connect to Pika, and staff on Pika help Pika players with things Pika related. I do also not know why this is, but have you tried direct connecting to Pika?
