    you can get mystic key by: -winning it in vote/ vote party crates -by /buy or https://pika-network.net/pages/ShopMenu/ -by getting it from other players ( THERE ISNT THAT MANY PLAYERS THAT HAS IT! AND DONT SPAM OR /MSG THEM TO GET IT!!!)

    i disagree if pvp servers gets sword cool-down, many players will leave (just look what happened when 1.9 came out... everyone was mad because it.. they been training for such a long time and they lost it.)
