    It's not that it is not active enough. But the staff does not reset it enough, so not a lot of players would buy rank there and stay to play. Once the f top gone 90% of players lost their reason to stay.

    Part of its reason for it being dead is because staff looks towards OpFactions more than Normal Factions. Within a year OpFaction has reset 2-3 times while Normal Factions only reset once.
