why for 6days why 6dayss how i suppose to do chat game and why i am not abel to to private /msg why private msg is off ?? 6 days is too long

Why 7 days mute for one mistake 7days too long private msg disabled also why?? And that msg wasn't harmful to anyone !

You can check the official rules to understand why the punishment was issued. Even a first offence can result in a punishment depending on the rule broken and its severity. If you believe the mute was unfair, you can appeal it on the forums.
