Hit Registration understanding

The thing I don't understand is I got like 300 ping and I click around 14 to 18 cps butterfly. My hits don't register as much as I would prefer. I use Silent client. I would understand if this was a ping issue, but I've seen people with Titan, Elite and VIP rank without this problem. I am pretty sure they have the same ping as me. I never get the first hit. I am aware about hit cooldown in 1.8.9. They also have better reach than me. Can someone please help with my understandings or misunderstandings.

proton is good in my opinion you just need to find your right server
