Can someone post an updated rank guide since vote crates updated

Obtaining the ranks is just through getting the ranks from free iron obtained through voting, or purchasing gold on the store. I don't necessarily think a new guide is needed for that.

the crate rewards have changed so an updated guide is helpful
 
I mean elite and vip is pretty straightforward.All I want is a guide for titan
 
Also will the 31-day vip ever be added back to vote crate rewards.Also why was it removed in the first place
