Trouble connecting to survival

Hi! I need a little help. I've been playing survival on this network for a few weeks now. I've been busy lately and haven't played for over a week or so. But I just tried to enter survival again, and it immediately connects to the hub again. I can see that others are able to get in, so why isn't it working for me?

If you are getting back to the hub, there's a reason for it.

If its still happening, he can just joij survival again and screenshot the kick message he's getting.
