30k Gold scam in summer lootcrates ()

Hello, as you might already know, I opened around 50 summer loot crates this event. in survival game mode, and didn't get even 1 king rank (the highest rank there). so I am writing this in hopes it reaches some higher ups. all I want to ask is, is it normal? to me this is just scamming, I want any higher up to explain this. I think this maybe even a bug in my account.

i believe it’s based on luck.the percentages are very low

Not really, even if the percentages are low, 50 crates are no joke, and it was never heard that some1 who opened that much didn't get at least two of the highest ranks. In addition, nearly everyone who opened 4-5 crates got the highest ranks + good items also.

Yea ik 50 is ALOT.i dont really play survival,so idk the percentages,lets say king is 1-3%,there is a 97-99% chance of u not getting it,thats HUGE.

Btw , sell the items u got from the crates(such as the tags and the pvp sets),You'll be able to gather back a hefty amount.Try buying a king with that!

everything you saying making sense to me, lot of players open 4 to 5 keys and pull a rank, i am pretty sure the percentage is soo low, or your luck is not good xD, Anyways Nice Ign
