Thats what i mean, xDeleted just went on admin, tthm and marcify has been for way longer than that, so i personally think that if you resign in 3-5 years and tthm is still there tthm will be manager.

There is some kind of hack where players are still in the server despite being banned (I have seen that hack before). I don't think there is much pika can do with it.
