Experience & Motivation:
Experience : Although, I might not have a hand full of experiences related to staffing minecraft server,I have been a staff member on "MistyMC" and worked on various servers both discord and ingame i have met a vast number of player within the years i have been playing minecraft , I know a lot about how to use server commands, plugins, and how servers work in general. I know about the problems people have because I have helped many people in the community. My report acceptance rate of 90% shows that I understand the server rules well. I have been helping new and experienced players in both reporting and on discord. I have realized how important it is to have a staff member who is always ready to help. I want to be that member with a vision to improve the server. I want to create a fair and friendly environment for all players on the Pika Network. I believe I have more experience than the other candidates. I have worked in 2 servers and will work hard in this server too.

Motivation:I want to help the server stay healthy better than I do now. I want to help our players, especially the new ones, and have more control over how we make our servers better and how they work. I liked the server, but I think there's still ways it could get better, like any community. I think if we understand what it's like to be a staff member, we can come up with new and helpful ideas for making things better. We can also better talk about the details of the changes we want to make. I enjoy assisting people on the server, especially those who are new. I also think that making friends with new players will help the staff and players get along better. I'm not saying the current team is doing a bad job, but as a new player, I understand what it's like to be in their shoes and look from their perspective . I know that this can sometimes make people feel like it's us against them. I want to stop a lot of hackers and people who are mean to others in our group. I want to change how people think and make communities better and more peaceful.

What would you do if someone was advertising?
Generally, In reference to : https://pika-network.net/rules/, Advertisment would be an Ip-ban of 90 days & if repeated again a permanent Ip-ban. Although, I've vast knowledge regarding the rules my observations of how the staff team works tells me that a trail mainly deals with problems related to chat refered to "chat moderation".Neverthless, We can't ignore there are two types of advertisment "Media Advertisment" & "Advertisment" where "Media Advertisment" has a different consequence if violated which is a first offence ip-ban of 7 days,2nd offence : 30 days,3rd offence : 90days and which is completed by a permanent ip-ban at the 4th&the last offence.
What would you do if a player was abusing their rank?
According to my asumption abusing thier rank indirectly denotes swearing and if anyone is swearing i would either upload the screenshot to LightShot & imgur for evidence and punish them in reference to : https://pika-network.net/rules/.

If a person was being disrespectful towards me or others than, In my case I would upload the screenshot to imgur or LightShot

What is your best memory from playing PikaNetwork?
I've been fortunate enough to have some really great experiences in PikaNetwork whenther it is playing with friends,grinding for the leaderboards or just having fun. I've been able to make real life friends via pikanetwork like "BladeKhukuri" is also a individual from Nepal which I met through PikaNetwork and we've just had our first meet up yesterday even though he's 2 years older than me we've been close friends which is only possible through PikaNetwork or meet my friend who was in my online class in 2022 via PikaNetwork and we have been close since and we do frequent meet ups, I'm really delighted and thankful for PikaNetwork to have been providing me such pleasant experiences. I've also been to #1 in lifetime winstreak in sumo.
What is your biggest strength?
My biggest strength for applying to be staff at PikaNetwork Minecraft server is my helpfulness. I'm always ready to assist players, answer their questions, and make sure everyone is having a good time. I enjoy being part of a team and working together to create a fun and safe environment for everyone.I love assisting players, answering questions, and ensuring everyone enjoys their time. Working with a team to make the server fun and safe is something I'm excited about.
What is your biggest weakness?
Sometimes I get too focused on helping one player and might miss other things that are happening while working as a staff member at PikaNetwork. I am trying to give equal attention to everyone to meet their needs. I need to get better at doing more than one thing at once so I can do my job better. I welcome feedback and want to improve in this area. I think that if I keep practicing and get help from my team, I can get better at this and be a good help to the team.
Why should we accept your application over others?
I want to help the server to be more healthy than it is now. I want to support our players, especially the new ones, and have more say in improving our servers and how they operate. I enjoyed the server, but I think there are still ways it could improve, just like any community. I believe that by putting ourselves in the shoes of a staff member, we can create new and useful ideas to improve things. We can also discuss the changes we want to make in more detail. I like to help people on the server, especially those who are new. I believe that becoming friends with new players will help the staff and players get along better. I don't think the current team is doing a bad job. But as a new player, I know what it's like to be in their position and see things from their point of view.
