Screenshot is only enough for Chat-related rules. For example : Spamming, Swearing, Sexual content, Discrimination, etc...

server dont allow abusing but its your task to report abusers with proof. proof is needed and without proof how can server ban or mute any1

If he was abussing and said something through chat, a screenshot is a valid evidence only for chat rules as @bridgeisminenow said but it does not apply for other rules as most of them require a form of video evidence.
