So when i play a map of bedwars, sometimes the chunks dont load but the game carries on!

no its not a client side its from the server bcuz PIKA itself said they will fix it soon+proof thats not from his pc that is if he tried to chat like tttt it will register it+no one will rush to him bcuz they have same problem

It is not a client-side issue. It is a bug with Bedwars and it takes place with everyone. The chunks get incorrectly loaded, I assume this will be fixed in recent coming updates.
