Why cant i Nick with Titan Rank?

Hey! Why cant i Nick with Titan Rank. When i do /Nick And then a name it just says "This Command should never be used in order to evade punishments. Your access to this command has been temporary disabled. Please make sure to read the rules!" And i read the rules but cant figure out what i have to do. Does anyone know about this?

You were probably using the /nick command in-game. I'm pretty sure you can only use the /nick command while you are in the bw/sw lobby.
