Why was your ms pass wasted?

I alredy had ms premium active and saw that im not getting premium rewards and used pass again thinking i did something wrong and lost it, but no, it was bugged... so i lost gold on it. Dev gave me pass but i dont need another pass bcs i alredy have it, i need gold xD
