Want Help on how to remove lag

I sometimes play and start recording to report some hackers, most of the time I get decent fps ( 150-200 ), but whenever I take a ss or start recording it drops to 60 and below. Using bandicam it clearly shows it's giving me 60 fps, but it only is recording in 30 fps with fps fluctuations. This is one of the only reasons why, my reports are hard to deduce. Can someone kindly give me some tips on how to not lag while recording with OBS/Bandicam?

If you use windows 10, you can use xbox gamebar.

Since I use win 10, I will most definitely try out xbox gamebar, thanks for the suggestion!
