Vip to Elite rank Upgrade not happen

i got vip rank 3days and i upgraded it with 2000 pika iron to elite rank
it showed that It had purchased
but It says it is a mistake and issue a purchase ticket
and talk to forums
plz help me out i want elite rank permanent

You should not have bought Elite when you had temporary VIP, to upgrade current rank you must have permanent previous rank in this case you had to buy VIP first with 1000 pika Iron then Elite with 2000, open ticket to get a refund and buy VIP then save for Elite. Ranks dont upgrade from temporary VIP to next rank.

Good thing I'm reading this now. It saved my iron. I think it would be good if the ability to upgrade ranks from temporary VIP would be blocked. It's misleading.

And i have one question before 2 days i upgraded my vip to elite but i still have vip 31 days but before i buy perm vip and does my elite apply when my 31 vip expire
